Monitoring & Rebooting

You either have to do the work on your own , in other words spend a lot of your valuable time to watching over your VPS, or else you have to deploy a third–party solution whose sole mission will be to monitor your virtual server. And this is where our Managed Services deal will help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS server will be entered in our own custom–made server monitoring software system, which will monitor all the essential processes. And in the event of a service crash, our server admins will be alerted straight away and they will rectify the matter as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your hosted content is crucial – you never know when something could go wrong. And having ordered our Managed Services option, you will take advantage of regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to install or configure anything. What’s more all the backup copies are always saved on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disk drives. It means that your data will always be secure, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Plan, you will have total freedom to install any script or service on your it. Yet, certain scripts are harder to run and might require some additional configuration on your part. This is when our Managed Services package can help you out. It features 30 min of installation & problem–solving operations – which means you can literally hire one of our seasoned server administrators for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software app whatsoever that you desire. Or have him take care of an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an extra feature for the KVM VPS Plans.
