Needless to say, using JailHost doesn't replace the safety measures you should always take by keeping your scripts up-to-date and using long and complex passwords, still it'll allow you to limit any damage to one site only.
JailHost in Cloud Website Hosting
You can take full advantage of JailHost with every single cloud website hosting plan that we provide and protect your websites against attacks really easy. Each domain and subdomain in the Hepsia Control Panel that is provided with our solutions has a separate folder and contrary to what can often happen with other Control Panels, the content is not mixed up within just a single main folder, so keeping your Internet sites separate is much simpler. Enabling JailHost for any website takes only a few clicks, so even when you do not have much experience, you won't need any special skills to keep your Internet sites secure. The option isn't active by default in case that you would like to use some script that needs accessibility to another folder in your account. If you use JailHost, the other Internet sites that you have will be protected, but even a hacked one will not remain damaged for too long because we will have a couple of daily backup copies for it all the time, so we could promptly recover it.

JailHost comes with all our semi-dedicated server solutions and you can activate it with several clicks. It is not turned on by default as we do not want to prevent some scripts which need to gain access to multiple folders in the account from functioning properly. You'll be able to enable JailHost for all other websites that you have from the Hepsia Control Panel and this can be done very easily even if you do not have any previous experience. What allows us to offer JailHost is the way Hepsia handles multiple domains - they all have separate folders which could be "locked". In contrast, other well known Control Panels feature add-on domains and the content of the latter is kept in the primary domain folder, so in case a single Internet site is hacked, the entire account is hacked, which isn't the case with Hepsia. If a site gets damaged despite your efforts, we will be able to restore it the way it was almost immediately as we will keep a couple of daily backups of your account.
