At PandaDragon Hosting, we are aware that this can often be hard & time–consuming. That is why we’ll perform all that for you for free!Our practiced technical team will migrate your website content from your present hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got a lot of experience migrating web sites and can handle anything – from a normal WordPress blog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven web site, to a very complex, custom–made app.

A: We try to carry out all web site migrations as quickly as possible. However, we do not have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are several facets that you have to consider – the actual size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration staff, etc. We always try to carry out each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller–sized web sites, our team usually manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We’ll need the login information for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share the same information you have provided to your current web hosting provider. We’ve also got a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how private info is handled.

A: Nope. Your website will remain accessible online during the transfer. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we will tell you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything’s fine, all you will need to do is update your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: No. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: Yes. We support all regular Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, since we don’t provide Windows web hosting services ourselves.We also don’t support proprietary website creation and administration interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
